Awesome products!!!

Oh my word! Have I got a lot of stuff to tell you about!!! I’ve been doing a lot of playing and it’s high time that I show off these fantastic products that I’ve been lucky enough to play with!!

Let’s start with this new beauty from Digi-Overdose and Laitha. It’s called Winter Wishes and it’s soooo beautiful!!:

It was December’s daily download at Scrappity Doo Dah, but should be in Tam’s store soon!

My AWESOME CT!!!

So, DH and I were leaving the house on Christmas Eve to go to my dad’s house. On the way out, we stopped at the mailbox.  In it was a package FROM MY CT!! Here is what the outside said:

Of course, I had my camera with me since we were on our way to see family on Christmas Eve!  And, of course I couldn’t wait until we got to my dad’s to open it.  So, I made DH pull into a gas station parking lot so he could take pics while I opened it!  LOL!

Anyway, my super wonderful CT had made me a little book.

Each member had created a couple of pages for me and the awesome Knittinjen put it all together in a little book and sent it to me! I wasn’t expecting anything like that and it literally brought tears to my eyes!  How awesome are these ladies?!  I’m telling ya…I reckon I got me the best CT around!

Yep…that’s a stocking full of switches!  Yep…he’s a smart allec!  LOL!!!

Never Give Up Charity Kit

So, as many of you know, one of my CT gals, Noelle is very involved in the Special Olympics. Her daughter, Chawndell, has competed in the Special Olympics for years. Obviously, Noelle has LOTS of photos from these events and she needed a kit to go with her photos! So she asked me to make a kit for her. Her only request was that it have purple in it, to match Chawndell’s team colors (go Golden Spikers!!)

So, I made the kit. Then, I decided that the Special Olympics was such a worthy cause that I wanted to donate the money from the kit to them. So, all profits that I receive from Never Give Up from now until my birthday (2/5/10…put in it your calendars. LOL) will go to the Special Olympics!! It actually snowed here a couple of weeks ago (of course, it melted about 45 minutes after dawn broke, but it was pretty for a while). So, I actually had snow pics to scrap!!

Christmas Wedding freebie

Did you think I’d forgotten about your freebie? Well, I did! LOL! Just like I’ve forgotten everything else this week! Speed Scrap!!!

Okay, I have totally screwed up!  I was supposed to host a speed scrap today, but in all the excitement of the holiday (and a little emergency…not mine, but one that got me distracted), I TOTALLY forgot!  What a loser!  LOL! Anyway, I’ve rescheduled it for tomorrow at the same time, and the PP is going to be a surprise, but it will be something TOTALLY awesome!  I really hope to see you all there!!

A Christmas Wedding

Well, we just celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary last week (the 16th). And, in honor of that, I created a new kit called A Christmas Wedding. Since the church where we got married was decorated for Christmas, those were pretty much our wedding colors.  That’s how I came up with the palette…and I added some blue to match my mom’s dress!  :)  So, I’m hoping there are some folks out there who got married at Christmas and can use this kit.  Even if not, it makes a great Christmas kit!
